Make Play Recognition matter more

1. Apply "Adaptive AI" to pass plays, not just run plays. 

Why? Cause PLAY RECOGNITION...that's why.

2. Apply "Adaptive AI" to RPOs.

Why? Cause folks are circumventing Adaptive AI with RPOs, it's so bad even Run Commits won't work.
