Very well put steelheadchris1. EA I am an OG madden user. From the original game. John Madden would be sick at how customers are being treated. You will not let us create help tickets on EA help, you do not answer us here. We deserve what we paid for just like the new gen users. Maybe we need to band together and find out what authorities outside EA say about this.
what is truly amazing to me is to the day they are STILL selling a game that they KNOW is broken for old gen and they get away with it. Its INSANE ! They have completely ignored us and there is ZERO way to get in touch with ANY kind of support from EA. They have taken ALL avenues away. With that said

EA THE GAME IS NOT FIXED, THE ISSUE HAS NOT BEEN SOLVED AND THE MIND NUMBING LAG ON YOUR GAME STILL PERSIST. EA YOU CONTINUE TO SELL A PRODUCT THAT IS BROKEN AND YOU ARE STILL DEFRAUDING YOUR CUSTOMERS !
Please fix the game, we just want what we paid for, no more no less. If the game is broke and cannot be fixed do the right thing and own up to it and issue FULL refunds for the purchase of the game and ALL money spent in the store. Its only right
funny how we find a loophole with packs or a way to make some coins and they shut that down in 15 minutes but its been 24 days of this and they have done NOTHING ! Just goes to show that if it hurts EA's money they are on it double fast anything else good luck
