EA please fix your game
DAY 25 AND HEEEEEEEEEEEEEERE WE GO AGAIN
EA the game is BROKEN with this unbearable lag that makes the game basically unplayable. There is NO way you guys do not know about this at this point. And if not then well your just not paying attention.
The issue has NOT BEEN SOLVED as you have mistakenly marked on the 400 response thread. Which is why i started this one thinking thats why you were ignoring us. Maybe you guys thought it was fixed and we were just having a social gathering and chi chatting with each other on the other thread LMAO
Well this thread is here to say....
THE ISSUE IS NOT SOLVED !!! THERE IS UP TO A MINUTE DELAY IN ANYTHING YOU DO ON THE GAME FOR OLD GEN
please fix the game or tell us the truth that it cannot be fixed and issue COMPLETE refunds for the game and in game content thank you

i reached out and messaged one of these EA admins on here just to see if got a response and to my surprise i did which i DO appreciate. His response however was typical for just how aware EA and its employees are of things. Maybe we ALL should direct message EA_Aljo and all the other EA mods on this board and demand answers

The lag issue is actually getting worse for me. The game freezes every time I get a new item now causing me to restart. I feel the end of old gen is near. EA, please, you owe it to all your old gen users (PS4 and Xbox One) to address this issue. You are losing valued customers every day now.

it just took me 23 MINUTES to open my 10 Jack O Lantern packs. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS
I propose that we ALL go thru this entire message board and direct message EVERY person that we see an EA beside their name. Message ALL of these EA admins and force them to address us PUBLICLY. Force their hand. Message them and do not stop until we have been properly addressed.
BLOW UP their inbox to the point they cannot receive any other messages.
