It gets worse every day. Right now I have had to close the application and start over as my menus froooze.
here is the latest response from EA_Aljo, at least this guy is going back and forth with me which is a LOT more than anyone else. Geez the bar is so low for these people LOL

i thought that very well may be tha case which is why i started a NEW thread say NOT SOLVED...NOT SOLVED... I just would have thought that after 420 replies on the thread that someone from EA maybe just maybe would see the numbers and ask themselves hmmmmmmmmmmmm maybe this is not SOLVED and maybe i should see what all these people are talking about as they seem to post everyday in the same thread
again i do thank you for communicating with me, its waaaaay more than anyone else from EA has said to the many many of us that have this issue. Again this is NOT localized, it is ALL of old gen for Madden 24 and its been like this for 25 days "

This is NOT solved. We can't do anything in this game! I haven't upgraded my team in 3 weeks!

DAY 26 AND THE STRUGGLE CONTINUES
Well its Halloween and EA has been giving us the trick all month long. I am truly blown away at this companies ineptitude and pure disdain to communicate with their customers. They simply refuse to do the right thing.
Just to be clear so there is no misunderstanding. EA your game has been brokekn since the 1st update in October. It is basically unplayable. The issue is not SOLVED. There is a HUGE a lag when tryingto navigate the game in any way. PLease fix the game and give us what we paid for or issue full refunds for the game and ALL in game content purchased.
You obviously are aware of the problem and simply refuse to deal with it or us. It is the ENTIRE old gen community that is having this problem.
FIX THE GAME EA, YOU ARE SELLING A FAULTY PRODUCT AND ARE DEFRAUDING YOUR CUSTOMERS

So it continues...still can't navigate any menus without spending an hour of my life
