Minimum auction prices are now fixed and spoiling the game

For the last few days all of the top players ie 95+ ratings have a preset minimum price in the auction house. This is completely wrecking the game. So I have a 95 DT his minimum price is set at 100k so there are loads of listing with a minimum of 100k and a buy it now of 100k. 97 players are 260k minimum and 260k buy now. What the hell is going on? I can't see anyone else complaining about this issue online which is amazing. Is anyone else experiencing this?
