Hello. According to the EA App at the time of purchase, the EA PLAY PRO Madden 24 PC edition came with few bonuses such as packs and 4600 madden points. I have not since received the 4600 points. I have received all other bonuses, except points. I have contacted EA Support, but I have received no assistance at all (7 emails, all auto-generated, usually asking me for same information every second email or just straight up telling me to wait).
I know people have similar problem as well, not receiving those points is a deal-breaker for me.
same here. i feel like ea is looking past pc players and focusing on consoles only as of now.
My friends and I all have the same type EA Play Pro membership and they received their 4600 points, but I did not. (I did get the card packs though, just no points). I've tried mentioning this in other console threads but was ignored, I tried replying on twitter but was ignored. The support ticket system on this website is broken and gives an error. Can I get a mod to forward this to the appropriate people please?

Same. A lot of people on PC with Play Pro membership did not get the 4600 points.
EA staying silent on this one, be lucky to even be acknowledged as a problem until monday, a week after early access. At this point they should be compensating us with something extra, considering my OVR has taken a hit for the first whole week the games been out, for something we all paid for, that we havent gotten, for no reason of our own.
Same thing with me, got cards, no points. Ignored everywhere on PC.
I've seen many people in the forums saying that they haven't received there points I am one of these people. I thought EA play pro was supposed to receive the best edition of the game? I believe it is 4600 points it sucks not having that at the beginning of the game to get a start so I can play online and actually have an ok team it seems kinda unfair PS5 and every other console is getting talked about by EA on twitter and we are completely over looked I'm just trying to understand why It's like that. EA Play Pro is supposed to receieve 500 points a month but that was supposed to start on the 18th and I haven't received anything and I can't get EA to respond to my help request.
Yeah who knows what's going on it doesn't make sense why console seems to get first priority over PC.

***Madden Points will be provided in monthly installments of 500 per month beginning August 18, 2023 and ending July 31, 2024. The first 500 Madden Points will be available August 18, 2023 – August 31, 2023. Each subsequent monthly Madden Points drop will be available beginning the first of that month and ending on the last day of that month. Requires an active EA Play Pro subscription and monthly login to Madden NFL 24 prior to the last day of each month to receive that month’s Madden Points drop. How does 500 times anything add up to 4600? Please do the math... If it was 9 months it would only be 4500. This can't be real...
So all my friends who received the entire 4600 points on the 15th just got lucky? I still havent even gotten the 500 for the 18th, and I did open a ticket last week and got a reply that had to do with console generations?? This was rolled out and handled HORRIBLY. The points are advertised as a "deluxe edition bonus" on the website you linked, nothing about it being related to EA Play until you scroll down to the fine print. So If I had just paid for the deluxe edition outright I would receive the 4600 points all at once?
This is obscene. You literally say one thing, and then post a discplaimer in the footer, which completely contradicts what you just said.
Take care everyone, as we can all see, EA is literally having a laugh at us, users, who believed we wouldn't be scammed by a company like that. This is nothing more, than a scam.
