Missing 500 Monthly EA Play Pro Points

I have not received my 4600 Madden points with the deluxe edition included with Ea Play Pro subscription. I am on PC [CM - updating thread title for clarity and visibility]

If you're an EA Play Pro member and you're still not seeing the 500 monthly points, can you share your EA Account ID with us here when you've got the chance?

Hello. According to the EA App at the time of purchase, the EA PLAY PRO Madden 24 PC edition came with few bonuses such as packs and 4600 madden points. I have not since received the 4600 points. I have received all other bonuses, except points. I have contacted EA Support, but I have received no assistance at all (7 emails, all auto-generated, usually asking me for same information every second email or just straight up telling me to wait).

I know people have similar problem as well, not receiving those points is a deal-breaker for me.
