Typically it can take 24 hrs after the purchase to see your content, If you don't have your purchase after that time you will want to reach out to our support with your Purchase Information, so they can look into this further.

It has been 36 hours since purchase and I have already uploaded 3 different proof of purchase images.
I am in an endless loop with support who is asking the same questions 20x without reading my threads.
Please resolve as it will take 2 minutes literally!
@EA_Illium then you have me go to the EA Help website where you soft ban people from a solution option.
I am unable to live chat, submit another case, find a place to upload images of my proofs of purchase.
Instead I have been receiving automated responses for almost 8 hours after 'waiting 24 hours for my points to show up'.
