I too have all the same issue as everyone posting here. Watched the Twitch stream, waited 48hrs for tokens from first night before I reported to EA support that I did not receive the tokens from first night.
Since then, nothing. I occasionally get an email from EA asking if I still need help with my issue or thanking me for patiently waiting for resolution. I reply each time to this email and on my open case on ea support that yes, I still have not received the tokens and ask where I can see that this is in fact a “known issue” and where I can go to get updates specifically on this issue since the only mention I can find about it is on this message board. This goes unanswered.
we are now 3-4 weeks into all of us having this issue, all of us saying the same or doing the same to just try and get some sort of answer and ultimately a resolution to our issue, we all have had ZERO response to assist us. Is this acceptable? No! The lack of respect and lack of regard for our time is disgraceful. Not only is opening a trouble ticket useless, so is posting here. There are no responses or if there is a post to the thread, is is devoid of any real info pertaining to or in direct acknowledgment of our issue and its resolution. Where are we to turn if the only two avenues for support are clearly unresponsive, disingenuous and dismissive of numerous customers in need of answers, especially since more than a reasonable amount of time and then some has passed. Complete dereliction of duty.
Speaking for myself and I’m sure others, we have patiently waited and understand that this is not the only thing nor the most important thing EA must work on to provide resolution for however, enough time has passed and we are really not being rewarded nor respected with this lack of communication or updates. We have provided anything asked, responded timely to questions, created cases and followed this thread as we were asked to do to receive updates. Where are the updates? Can someone ( @EA_Kent ) point to a single substantive response/update or anything tangible for us? I have read plea after plea asking @EA_Kent to please respond to which she/he has yet to do…
I submit this in the hopes that EA at the very least provides us with something, anything to let us know the status and some sort of expectation for resolution. We are at a disadvantage not having this player, Each day that has gone by, Micha is less valuable. Also, this affects our ability to complete the set at years end for the special bonus player. Unacceptable. We’ll see if it means anything to them shortly.
