I am level 15 in my Most Feared Field Pass, and I still have not received the Monster Morph Strategy Items. What’s going on?

Same and EA is not helping at all
- @rolltideroll1990 Same. Never received the Strategy Item Pack from Level 4 so can't play Squads. Opened a case at EA Help. Nobody ever responded and then it was just marked "Fixed" and closed. Follow up emails have been unanswered. Worse customer support ever. They essentially give you no recourse at all.
I have been going back and fourth with EA thru email. They are useless.
EA - let us know you are aware of this issue. If you won't do anything to address it, at least tell us that. The lack of response and respect is mind blowing.
