Monster strategy card

I just received the run around from customer support too. We did pay for this, we paid to be able to play multi player and we cannot without this pack. It's ridiculous that they haven't don't anything about it yet. Release a pack in the store or something, anything! Here is the response I received about an hour ago.

Having gone through your email, I came to know that most Feared Strategy Pack not appearing. I am sorry you have had to deal with this, please do not worry I will try to help you with this.

I checked with my resources and got to know that this looks like a bug and I would suggest you to report this on our EA forum through the link and you may receive an update for this from the EA officials/community managers.
