mut rewards no gamertag

NO GAMERTAG
You do not have a gamertag associated with a console. You must first login to EA through a console.
 
 
I am receiving this error when trying to sign in on my web browser in order to get mut rewards via https://www.easports.com/madden-nfl/mut-rewards.
 
I am playing on PC through the ea app, and am signing in with the same account.
 
How does one get a gamertag?

    Hi @lldtbll 

    We can try resetting your EA account password at help.ea.com and logging back into the EA app and Madden 24. 

    Once done try playing a few matches in MUT, then check if you continue getting this message.
