I watched both of the MCs event streams for Mike evans and tariq woolen from harvest but even though I claimed and was logged into the right account I never got the cards. It’s annoying cause I need these card for my team so please fix this fast
I watched the stream for the full time and when I came back it was frozen and did not count my time for the zero chill stream please help me, many people are complaining about this, if you could reimburse with the zero chill mike evans that would be great I have a picture of my watch time.
Unlink and relink your EA account from twitch
Same here. Watched the stream for 3 hours, claimed the packs on twitch, nothing ever showed up to my madden account. My twitch, EA, and Xbox accounts are all linked properly.
Mine was to but unlinking and relinking your ea account from twitch might work it did for me. It redundant I know but try it and wait an hour or so.
Signed into Madden a few minutes ago & Welcome Pack did contain Donald Penn. How are we to obtain him? IN ADDITION, watched entire MCS 12.6.2023 stream last night and CLAIMED all the packs. Upon signing in today, nothing... No Evans & No packs. I received the Twitch Drop from GMM at 10:30 am yesterday without issue, so why the issue with the main event?
I had made sure to watch the stream and claim the drops so I don’t know why I don’t have them.
