Same as, contacted help, giving me the usual "give me you ea id" etc even though I'm logged in to it to contact them. I have a feeling we won't get him.

I reached out to them as well. First person responded with a script about luck and pack odds. Second seemed human, but I was told to wait 24 hours, and reach back out if it still hasn't been fixed. Coming up on that now, so I'll reach back out to them shortly. Not expecting anything with how EAs CS has been in the past, but we'll see.
