No S4 Welcome Pack

@EA_Kentjust shut down the game, checked to see if it was updated and it was already so no new updates. logged out and in of my xbox account incase. relaunched the game and went into Madden Ultimate Team and Ray Lewis and the welcome pack still hasnt came through. double checked just in case before sending this reply. just to confirm im on lvl 9 of season 4 and received all the other rewards.

Hey Kent,

Yes, I have double checked to make sure that my game is updated to the most recent version. It updated yesterday, but I have checked multiple times since then. I have also logged back in multiple times, and I am still not seeing the pack. 

Platform: PS5

PSN ID: Christofus_

Same issue here as well infidel102016 on PS5.  Game is up to date but no welcome pack
