Thanks for reaching out about this.
Just to confirm, have you double-checked to make sure your game is updated to the most recent version? When you've got the chance please shut down the game and check to see if you've got an update waiting. Once it's up to date, try logging back in and see if the pack has come through.
If you still aren't seeing the pack after that, could you share a bit more details with us here?

@EA_Kentjust shut down the game, checked to see if it was updated and it was already so no new updates. logged out and in of my xbox account incase. relaunched the game and went into Madden Ultimate Team and Ray Lewis and the welcome pack still hasnt came through. double checked just in case before sending this reply. just to confirm im on lvl 9 of season 4 and received all the other rewards.
