No S4 Welcome Pack

After confirming that others have received the Season 4 welcome pack, I have had no such luck. The other rewards for progressing the Season 4 field pass are working for me, but I never received the Ray Lewis player item or the welcome pack. 

Product: Madden 24
Platform: PlayStation 5

Date/time issue occurred: Still occurring as of 1/11/24. Originally posted issue 1/10/24.
What type of issue do you have? Not receiving Field Pass Welcome Pack
Which mode has this happened in? Ultimate Team
Which part of the mode? Field Pass
Summarize your bug: I didn't receive the Season 4 welcome pack. I have seen others who have received the pack. I have restarted my console, and left and re-entered MUT multiple times.
How often does the bug occur? 100% of the time. 
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I'm not sure. Open MUT, I guess. 
What happens when the bug occurs? I don't receive a season 4 welcome pack.
What do you expect to see? A Season 4 welcome pack 

*Edited to update date with issue. Still occuring as of 1/11/24. Also, I've confirmed others are having the same issue.

    Same issue here as well infidel102016 on PS5.  Game is up to date but no welcome pack

    Hi Kent - Did as suggested, but still no welcome pack. Game is updated (version 1.0.0.17). I’m on Xbox Series X and my player ID is JABOHL. Appreciate any help you can provide. Thanks, J

    I really hope @EA_Kent can help with this because customer service keeps sending me auto generated responses about EA Play and store packs. They have no clue what I'm even talking about.

    Hi Kent - Did as suggested, but still no welcome pack. Game is updated and I have reached Level 17 in the new season, still no pack. I’m on Playstation 5 and my player ID is Kohoking, EA account is Koho19. Appreciate any help you can provide. Thank you for you time.

    Playing on Xbox series s waiting for my ray lewis like I already have upgrades but not the card 😭😭😭😭

    I am on the Xbox Series X, and game is up to date, I never received the welcome pack for season 4. I am on level 13 and have received upgrade tokens, but no players..ie Ray Lewis or Darelle Revis. My gamer tags is killer vikes, and my EA id is killervikes12. Please help.

    just logged in and had the season 4 welcome pack waiting with Ray Lewis! Check to see you you got it too

    I have the same problem, no welcome pack. My Xbox gamertag is RavensLMJ.

    I updated and reset game and still haven't received it. Please help. Thank you
