Offline franchise commissioner trade authority

I'm a strictly offline CFM player. A nice add would be for the commish to be able to force trades between CPU teams.

IE; if Ind decides to trade a top player like Jonathan Taylor in week 4, I like to replicate that in  my franchise.  

I might be well ahead in my own gamee, but I like keeping things somewhat real to life.

Right now, I'd have to create new user profiles as coaches/owners for both teams and make a trade. Doable, but as the only player 

It'd be nice if I just had authority to replicate the transactions.
