Online h2h play selection issue

Has anyone been experiencing at some point of a game not every time but the offense plays will shuffle super fast and you can select the play you want it's shuffling so fast... My controllers are both new less than a year old. It's very frustrating cause if I need to punt or field goal I can't select the play ea sports needs to look into this
