Player Lock Online Franchise

Me and my friends are trying to do a create a player online franchise. Is there a way to set it up where you can only play as your player, similar to the superstar game mode?

We made a QB league, but you can still have full access to playing as the full team. Was wondering if there was something in the settings that I could change where it would only allow you to play your created character in a player lock mode
