Player models are just bad

Why does Brock Purdy look like he has a mullet? Why does his face look like that? The dude is a starting quarterback and looks ridiculous. On top of that, if I change his face to something that looks less ridiculous, it erases his picture and replaces it with that face. How ridiculous is that?
