@EA_Barry I follow the steps above and not able to select a contact option. I received a beta code and then imputing it started a download but it shows up blank on my ps5 and now is just not completed or started and the code is saying it has been used. As I person who was affected by the franchise glitch I would have expected to be able to try the beta.
Unfortunately all we will receive is a reply saying they are unable to do anything from their part and to try to talk to someone else…leading us down a path of never ending nonsense. I’ve been at this for a while now. For some reason, it’s the same responses with no progress. The only reason I’m so bothered by it is because they’ve said we’re entitled to something and haven’t received it.
