Re: Code to beta.

Are you being serious? we were promised closed beta access and now you're saying we wont get them? Honestly??? that's inacceptable, promising things and now we have to search for beta codes like everyone else that wasn't affected by the same problems as us? that's really poor from this big of a company

    You should have had a code emailed to the same address on your account. Did you check your spam/junk folders? If you're using a gmail account, make sure you check the Promotions tab.

    I checked everything possible and I still haven't gotten anything, everything is fine, the emails and everything. Why would I have this email if everything on my end wasn't fine?

    My EA account email is the same as my PSN, I got the 50% discount for the deluxe edition because EA still had to made some kind of money right? can't buy the normal edition with the 50% off. but I'm more annoyed with the fact we were promised beta access and nothing is there especially when it was mentioned that I would have a code prior to the beta release

    Beta codes were sent to everyone that received that email. I don't know why yours wasn't received though. You're welcome to try contacting an advisor to see if they can help. A case can be opened here.

    I've already tried that and on Twitter it can be shown that advisors don't send beta codes...So yall just keep me going around and around without actually doing anything to help

    Clearly not everyone was sent a code that had the email or I and others wouldn't be here asking for a code that was promised to them

    I really don't know why the code wasn't received. If we find any issues, we'll provide an update. Unfortunately, we're not able to grant codes. I'm very sorry.

    You can contact an advisor to see if your account is entitled to receive the code. If so, it would be best to ask them if there's anything they can do about it.

    That's honestly not good enough for me, every year there's problems with franchise, servers and countless of other things. I was expecting something different this year since it's the make or break. but I was a fool to think otherwise

    Stop making us go round and round to get a beta code we were already supposed to get, you already know that these advisors in live chat, have no way to grant or give codes out or I wouldn't be here telling you this. It clearly doesn't work to talk to advisors since they referred me here and you are referring me to them. so the game is just making us go here and there until we give up and just wait for the game to come out. when it's too late to refund a pre order and that you already grabbed our money. So disappointed from a billion dollar company that honestly can't even do simple things as give me and others what we are owed.

    I've given all the details I can on this issue. We cannot give out codes. Especially, if your account isn't flagged to get one. If you want to find out if you're supposed to get a code or not, a case can be opened here. That doesn't mean they'll be able to give a code out if your account was flagged to receive one.

    I absolutely feel for you. I know it's frustrating to not be partaking in the beta, but we really can't help with code issues. If you were entitled to a code, it would have been emailed so check all accounts you can think of along with any junk/Promotions folders. I'm now going to lock this thread as there is nothing we can do about this through Answers HQ.
