Customer Service Grant - Nov. 13
I received a Customer Service Grant BND All-Madden 88 OVR pack today, and I don't know why. I never put in a ticket for such an item, nor was their any communication from EA explaining its appearance...

Appreciate the response complete with an official source. I don't use social media, and so rely on these forums and the game itself for my information. EA should put you on salary.
