Re: Don’t see 50% off

Hello!

I was one of the franchise players who received the 50% off due to the issues this year. When I went to pre-order the game, I used the wrong card for the deluxe Madden 24 edition, and was declined after a few days. When I go to place the another order, the 50% option is not listed, just the 10% off with EA Play. I cannot give another form of payment to Microsoft/Xbox for that order, as it is declined (even shows the price of $53.38 for the deluxe version 😮)

Microsoft says that I need to reach out to EA for them to.. I guess re-submit the discount? They are claiming that it is not their issue. Does anyone have any suggestions?
