Re: Don’t see 50% off

I have gone to the Xbox store/deals/special offers, and the 50% off madden 24 is not showing as an option. I received the email with the offer, and see the offer within madden 23, but still no 50% off shown for madden 24. I started a case with ea help and they said this issue has been resolved. They directed me to store/deals/special offers. Then told me to come here if I was still having the issue. Is there anything else I can do to get the 50% off that I was promised?
