@EA_KentHow much longer are we supposed to wait? The game is already out and I can only speak for myself, but I've contacted EA so many times since freaking JANUARY, that it's just unbelievable, that this is still not solved. I've not even had the email come in, even though I lost 4 franchises. This is unbelievable, even for EA standards.

Part of deluxe privilege is early access. It’s no longer early access. Should be free now. Terrible. 

I am having the same issue. The offer is displayed in game but not in the xbox store. This is now not early access. Something further needs to be done. I am not paying full price for a game i was promised to be 50% off.

I have gotten the same answer from all these agents and I just want my 50% off. At this point the game should be free. I was told just wait and the promo will eventually show up. The game is now out this is unacceptable.

@EA_Kentthere are so many of us who never had this 50% off pop up even, especially those of us who rage deleted the corrupted franchises - there's dozens and dozens on this forum who should've been able to get 50% off but haven't had it come up in game. I don't mean those on xbox who had the banner show 50 but it only came up as 10 after, I mean those on ps5 etc who NEVER had it showing at all, some of us like me have bounced from agent to agent and email to email for literally months trying to get this sorted to no avail, I have a flicker of hope seeing this comment of yours.... please get it sorted I am begging you

Yes, same boat here.

I even had it show up in-game and disappear and was told i was never on the list despite losing 2 franchise saves.

I also haven't gotten the 50% off promo on Madden. I checked my spam folders or check my active email. Haven't seen it

The most frustrating part about it is, that none of the so called gamechangers bring it up at all. It absolutely gets no attention at all, so EA isn't under pressure at all. We only get an update from Kent every 4 weeks saying the exact same thing "we're investigating bla bla thanks for your patience" until most of us give in and buy the game nonetheless. I won't, that's for sure. I won't let EA get away with this shameful tactic.

Yeah EA can spam my email about buying MUT packs, send a hey we are sorry email when trending as #NFLdropEA yet they need 6 months and counting to "investigate" the fact that they have not emailed promo codes? NO sent folder email tab to click I guess.

I have until August 18 to receive the discount and when I click on it from the home menu, I do not receive the discount. I also do not receive the discount when I check the Microsoft store special offers. What am I supposed to do when EA inevitable does not fix this problem once again?

& we want it on the standard edition also. Some of us don’t play MUT & all that other stuff. Please hurry with this issue. You could also just send promo codes to players affected for half of whatever edition they want. It’s really not that complicated EA 

For me it’s not that it’s not working. I don’t want the deluxe edition. I’m not paying $50 for something I don’t want when our emails said we’d get the game for 50% off. I don’t play MUT and don’t care about alternate unis or whatever the madden points are for. 

The 50% was honestly the only reason I was buying this year after dealing with bugs in Franchise for back to back cycles. 

They keep merging other people flagging it up into this thread too, and ignoring the posts in here

50 percent is offered if you load Madden 23 at the home screen. However it is saying PS4 version.

Like many others here I do not have a Madden discount code available for me to use. I played the Xbox one version of Madden 23 and lost an online franchise that myself and several friends were playing together. I was sent a code for the beta but never had an option to purchase 24 at a discount either thru the store or thru Madden 23. Is this still being investigated?
