Re: Franchise Cross Play is Active? Connection issue...

This is currently happening to me right now, and it's very frustrating. i am just trying to play with my guys and cross play is enabled, but cannot play because it says we are on different versions. We are all about to just delete the game bc we have tried and tried. Seems like a waste of money and time to me.

Need help or answers ASAP. I am currently on Madden 25 X/S version, and my friends are on PS5. This is very frustrating and confusing . Please help
