After 3 weeks we are still having the same issue. I must say that EA has the worst customer service I have ever seen. Imagine something like this happening with the iphone. Would have been fixed immediately because they value their customers. Ea on the other hand has been absent in all of this when they know exactly what is going on and why. I work in Customer Service so I know this has been documented and was known about before the software roll out. They are punishing us for still being on PS4 but I have spent over $400 on the special edition madden and buying packs in mut. I saw another post where the ea rep said he has notified his peers about the problem, and this was yesterday. This is absolutely a total * show and there is NO accountability on EA's part. 3 weeks and counting....Ea Help!
