Re: Madden NFL 24 Deluxe Edition Pre-Order Update

I first started Madden 24 with EA Play Pro on PC and recieved all preorder rewards except the Points, but since the game had too many stutters and performance issues, i decided to buy the Madden Ultimate Edition for my Xbox Series X. Now on Xbox i didnt recieve ANY of the preorder rewards. I dont understand it, since its not the known issue with different console editions (old-/nextgen) but two complete different consoles and 2 different purchases. Come on EA, please fix this!

    I'm playing the game fine, but I do have a high dollar pc. But madden still freezes every 4 hours or crashes. PCs always come out on top for gaming so they should optimize better for pc. More people are also moving to pc. On madden 23 I play 4k 200 fps
