I don't have my points or me packs what is this from what I'm seeing everyone has at least there packs I'm still left in the dark about it all.

@EA_Blitz is there any update to any of this?
I’ve accepted I lost what I’ve already done in Xbox One version but I should still get all my preorder stuff in the Xbox X version and there’s 4600 points still MIA from it.
