Hey Barry,
Thanks for your response. I've already followed these steps to appeal my chat ban, however I am still banned, almost for 3 years at this point, and I don't believe that my message should've been subject to that form of moderation under the chat rules, especially without any type of warning from the mods.
Can you, or anyone else, pass this along to those who run the official Madden Twitch account so my case can be reviewed?
This happened to me. It was a few years ago when EA had a lot of "content creators" streaming and tied in not only the twitch drops but they also had the streamer do giveaways and dumptrucks to viewers from EA.
When watching EA reveal streams, mcs, gmm etc - they would state you needed to type something in the chat - to remain active and eligible for the giveaways - ---
The streamers state this as well. I never figured out why I got banned from one gal's chat. I could still watch and earn credit for twitch drops, but no giveaways. She just denied my unban request.=

The second one I remember asking if I had broken a rule I was unaware of, and stated that if I had it was not intended. Just let me know and I will correct whatever the issue was. I at least got a reply. Here it is =

Technically I suppose I was spamming. Every 10 -15 mins I would type either the keyword, or "hello " , "boomski" and similar ; because I thought that was what was required.
I was not just repeating every minute over and over. And the thing is I HATED having to stop doing what I was doing while listening to their stream in order to type in chat.
So be careful cause they allow one request for unban, and that is it.
It sucks. The chance of getting a giveaway is so remote that not being eligible for one or two of ea's streamers giveaways is not really an issue.
