Re: Still no Twitch drops

I’ve watched several twitch streams and have earned and claimed multiple rewards for the last couple months and not a single reward has made it through to the MUT side. I’ve opened 3 claims with EA and they keep closing them and even labeled the recent one as “fixed” with zero communication to me. With MCS streaming tonight I’d love to watch and earn more rewards, but it’s tough when I end up dedicating all that Twitch time for nothing. Has anyone found a way to get this to work? Or has anyone found a way to actually communicate with anyone who can help from EA? Thank you in advance for anyone who can help.

    To ensure you are eligible to earn Twitch Drops check out the following articles to make sure your EA and Twitch accounts are correctly linked and remember to actively watch streams!

    If you run into issues seeing your content or claiming drops, first be sure your accounts are correctly linked and you watched the stream for the correct amount of time. If you continue running into issues reach out to our support for further assistance.

    Hello, I watched 4 hours of yesterdays Madden Bowl, and redeemed them all on my twitch account, which is linked to my EA account. I try and find the answer, but every reply says "contact support" when there is not a way for me to contact support. If anyone has an answer, or a way to contact support, please let me know.

    @MasonSZN Listen bro. Gonna save you a lot of time. They don’t care. Answers HQ is here to copy and paste links that send you circles. If you’re trying to “chat with support” I’ll save you time there too. The only way to chat with support is if you’re “signed out” and go to Resources>help> click on “EA Account”> click on “see all help topics”> click on “I need help with a hacked account”. You’ll then see the option to chat with support. And talk to a friendly EA rep that understands your issue and submits a case to the support team that will never be worked. Now, in regards to your twitch and EA account. The first time I did it I was not linked. But when I signed out and did the process step for step, it linked correctly. So maybe try that first before wasting your time with EA. You can basically forget about that madden bowl reward. They not helping you with that. Also test it with another EA game that does drops. Like Apex. Just don’t buy the game. It’s free. But streamers do drops from time to time. Especially during ALGS

    I have over 10 packs claimed on twitch but I still haven’t received them in game psn and twitch username is @Fearmarii-
