Re: Unable to use 50% for Madden 24, only see 10%

I have the same problem. I keep trying to directly contact EA and just get kicked to this forum. There doesn't seem to be a way to create a case for them to directly review. I got the email saying I qualified for the 50% off M23 Franchise glitch.  Has anyone had any luck in getting the discount?
