Re: Unable to use 50% for Madden 24, only see 10%

I'm cancelling my gamepass ultimate subscription. It runs out the 26th. I will report back then if that method works to get the 50%. 

I just emailed ea support and they said the issue was resolved and it still isn’t fixed. Is this class action lawsuit worthy?

i want to buy madden 24 but i need the 50% discout that was promised because of lost franchise data. How do i get the discount? it only shows a 10% discount...

Is the make-good 50% offer the deluxe edition or the regular edition?

Can someone please give us an update on the 50% off issue with pre-ordering madden 24? Still two weeks from the last update from EA. Don’t tell us you’re going to give everyone who had issues with Madden 23 Franchise a 50% discount on the next game, and then turn around and give us no communication on what’s going on and why can’t we use the discount. 

I’m having the same issue. Some of my friends have gotten their codes, but mine still says 10%. I’ve been trying to find someone to talk to about the issue but nothing is working.

It just fixed in the play store. Look up Madden 24 and next to the original you should have a just for you price at 50 even.  I just got mine!!
