Re: Unable to use 50% for Madden 24, only see 10%

The sooner people realize that they are not gonna be emailing discount codes the better they will feel. It's not happening, hence why they can't create or give you one when they confirm you are eligible and should receive the discount.

In order to get the discount you have to either go through the M23 main menu if on Playstation, or follow the steps to access it through the Microsoft store via deals. Unfortunately their is a bug that prevents the user from going directly to the deal when trying to redeem discount via xbox.

For xbox: Go to the Store > Home > Deals > scroll down to see Special offers > madden 24 “Just for you” deal showing 50% off

For playstation, open up m23, if it says 50% your are eligible for 50% if it says 10% on that menu, unfortunately EA doesn't have you listed with a corrupt file. Click the square button and it will bring you to this page with a special pricing that can't be searched.

@ThePhoenix179 DUDE THANK YOU - this worked on Xbox Series X. My franchise was affected and I got the email for beta, but the in-game tile in madden 23 never worked. But this did! Had to go to the special offers in the store and click on the deluxe version and it was $50 - this is as of 8/2 at 11:00pm Central time. Thanks for posting this! Good luck to others who haven't seen the offer, but definitely try this.
