Re: Unable to use 50% for Madden 24, only see 10%

I have not received my discount and each time I attempt to speak to someone at EA Help they don’t seem to be able to assist me. Last time I did speak to someone though, they said they had submitted my account to receive the 50% off discount and I’ve been checking every day religiously and I still don’t see the discount for 50% off nor do I have an email for the discount. I’ve been waiting patiently and no one has responded. Feeling really left out here EA.
