tbh i think they have given up and just dont care basically paid them 90 quid to sit on a forum and wait for a fix that isnt coming
i tried to get a refund and i couldn't get one so guess im stuck with this dog * laggy game
I can’t even get no damn refund anymore cuz for some reason I thought EA would eventually fix this bug but I thought wrong
it just straight up robbery at this point we paid money for something and a month later we still cant use it ea is usually bad with this but even for them this is pathetic
yeah i got mine through steam and they wont give me it even though i told them i haven't been able to play and ea aren't fixing the issue they don't care and keep refusing i talked to ea but they aren't helping either so I'm stuck with a game that doesn't work
