Really Disappointed

near impossible to talk to anyone from the company that is EA. Only change in madden in the last 10 or so years is roster updates. couple of other games are fine but ya'll seriously need to give up the nfl license and let 2k sports take over NFL. Really went down the drain ya'll did.

    I have not received any drops for the last 2 promos I’m really pissed off internet accounts are linked it shows claimed and I get nothing. I try Ea help and my case says no fix and the case is closed this is a bunch of crap

    @EA_Illium I have opened two cases, started a forum, and replied on multiple forums regarding my issue and there has been nothing.

    Stop pretending like you care when you obviously don’t.

    @Odinson83they care more about editing your post to follow community guidelines than they do to actually solve your problem. That's actually mildly hilarious.

    I highly suggest people in the forum with issues start reporting to the Better Business Bureau, especially if you have spent money on packs or whatever and not received what was promised.

    @Odinson83 superstar is pretty much abandoned atp so many things that can be added and bugs to be fixed but they dont care i feel your pain
