Relocation Stadiums - Use existing assets as new stadium

If I relocate to London, why can't I set my stadium as Wembley/Tottenham?

The assets are already in the game. Just make it one of the options. Same should go for all relocation cities that have assets in game. Like Honolulu if it still has Aloha Stadium in the game from prior years.
