Returned Set did not return items

I did the MUT set for an 87 headlines player which had the icon that stated the players that I put in  the set would be returned to me. However, I got nothing in return besides the 87 and did not get my 84’s back as NAT. This was my whole reason for doing the set… lost a bunch doing this.

Same thing just happened to me, only reason I did this set in the first place too… Very frustrating tbh

I also have had this problem.

I completed the Kamren kurl set and did not get the items back like the set dictates.  But also I finished the junior Seau set too and didn't get anything back.  The list of issues I'm having with rewards keeps going on and on.

I noticed they no longer indicate that the headliner champion sets return on completion?  That's how you fix the issue?  It used to have the symbol now it doesn't.

I completed the 87 ovr Kenny Pickett set and didn't recieve my bnd players back. Not sure what to do. Thanks

I have the same issue with my Jeremiah Owusu pack. I especially got more expensive cards to put in it too for that reason.

I put in a ticket and the replies I have gotten are atrocious. Nobody has read the actual complaint and 3 different “techs” have sent me useless articles about pre order content even though I sent them pictures of this issue. I don’t know why I expected anything else at this point.
