Ring of Honor Eric Dickerson can’t be downgraded on PS4

same problem here bought the 25 dollar pack and i still cant put the token on him old gen ps4

      • What is your Xbox Gamertag/PSN ID/EA Account ID?

        I play on PS4.

        My PSN: level-region3

        The error says “Our servers cannot process your request at this time. Please try again later.”

        This is what happens when I click on the card to upgrade it.
