Ring of Honor Eric Dickerson can’t be downgraded on PS4

X factor 100 didn’t work and when trying to remove the token, game crash. Xbox old gen. 

And on Xbox to apparently only broken on old gem but this feels like scam because now people who spent money to get now can upgrade him sell him or anything having the same problem game a joke

I feel you. Same here on Xbox old gen. Already lost over 200k in Value for Dickerson card and can’t upgrade Vick while this is going on. Hope they fix it soon. 

Same problem on ps 4

Logged in this morning, Issue still happening. 

Every single time, something happen that can make us coins, it’s fixed in a few hours. Now we are loosing some by hundreds of thousands, it’s been three days and not even a word from a rep. 

I just want to get my token back, sell the card while it still as Value and enjoy ROH the way it should. 

Hope the make right will fix our losses, but I doubt they will do something about it. 

Come on EA, you can do better than that. Hope you realise that people actually invest time or money in this game and that is not the way to threat a loyal customer.

Same thing has been happening on the ps4 version of the game whether i play it on a ps4 or ps5

Having the same problem n it's BS cuz my token is stuck on him too!!! 

Trying to reinstall the game now, hope that fixes it... 🤞
