Hello, I’m having an issue downgrading my ROH E. Dickerson card and every time I try to do so my game crashes. Sometimes I get booted just by clicking on the card. I would like to sell since a x-factor the card originally had when I bought is now not available after the fact which isn’t fair either but that’s another story. I would at least to remove the only token we get to use on another card but just stuck with a card that’s losing value by the minute. Any help to fix the issue would be very much appreciated. Thanx

I feel you. Same here on Xbox old gen. Already lost over 200k in Value for Dickerson card and can’t upgrade Vick while this is going on. Hope they fix it soon.

Logged in this morning, Issue still happening.
Every single time, something happen that can make us coins, it’s fixed in a few hours. Now we are loosing some by hundreds of thousands, it’s been three days and not even a word from a rep.
I just want to get my token back, sell the card while it still as Value and enjoy ROH the way it should.
Hope the make right will fix our losses, but I doubt they will do something about it.

Come on EA, you can do better than that. Hope you realise that people actually invest time or money in this game and that is not the way to threat a loyal customer.

Same thing has been happening on the ps4 version of the game whether i play it on a ps4 or ps5

Having the same problem n it's BS cuz my token is stuck on him too!!!
Trying to reinstall the game now, hope that fixes it... 🤞
