Ryan McNeil Last Bucket Ability
I have the 92 OVR Ryan McNeil on my 50/50 Lions TT. In his last ability bucket he has Deep Out Zone KO for 3 AP. You have to “achieve 93 Zone Coverage”. I have +3 ZC Chem on my whole team, so his ZC is 95 and the ability is still locked. Does he have to be exactly 93 ZC to unlock that ability?
