Salary cap went negative after advancing one week

My salary cap for next year has changed from having 12 mil available in week 4 to having -61 mil available in week 5. We have a connected franchise with 26 user teams and I have talked to 5 other teams who all say they have the same issue with having cap space week 4 and since the advance everyone is negative. (And not just negative, all are at least -40 mil). This is the second season of the franchise and if it’s not fixed will have to be the last. I have already restructured contracts to be able to sign a DE and still had money to spare. There are many players I need to still sign and cannot lose any more without being under the minimum 47 players. Please help it has takin a lot of work and time to keep this league moving with 26 user teams and this cap situation would kill it.
