So I got ban because of multiple accounts

so I wasn’t at home and when I got back it said I was ban from auction because I had another account transferring coins over to my main account but I did it because I didn’t know there was a rule ove...

      You can always try reaching out again, but if they decide to uphold the ban then I'm afraid there's not much else that I can recommend.
