Steam to xbox transfer?

So im coming from steam to xbox (pc messed up and dead market. Plus found one for sale for $150) I obviously know my whole team isnt going transfer over. No shock there. EA gotta get that bread. But please tell me my rookie prems transfer. Also how do i make sure my twitch drop goes to my xbox account and not my steam account any ideas? Thinking about unlinking my steam but i see people are losing progression. I probably wont use it anymore because 5-9weeks for repairs is a long time and pc is so bad for madden.
