Superstar career won’t work in madden 24

My Superstar will not work.  Tried restarting everyday for 2 weeks and nothing.  Hard reset and nothing.  There was an update, downloaded it and still nothing. Just stuck playing franchise mode.  Wa...

Any update on this? This game was $70 and is broken out of the box. Its been 20 days since it came out and nothing has changed. @EA_Barry
