I'm not sure if either of you are interested (or even care at this point Lol), but after two frustrating seasons/years of dealing with this very same issue, being able to find TONS of occurrences online, yet ZERO info regarding what causes it, or any potential resolutions from web resources, OR EA, I decided to try to figure it out myself. And after a full time work week off trial and error, I can not only consistently replicate the issue, but also fix it. I've reached out to EA, but no one has ever replied, let alone shown any interest.
So if either of you ARE interested, let me know. I'll be more than happy to fill you in! 😁
