SuperStar mode Zone KO Elite not working

The Zone KO Elite Gold ability requires 150 zone knockouts to be unlocked. However, no matter how many I get, in any mode, the counter stays at 0. I also never seem to get Man to man incompletions even with the ability on gold (Man KO elite)

do you have zone KO silver equipped? believe it has to be equipped first before it will start counting. and the knockouts have to be in your zone and you have to be set for zone.
